I'm Tomi Lahdesmaki, a designer and illustrator based out of the Pacific Northwest. The images on this page explore the things that inspire me. Deep forests, epic peaks and big type.
After a long hike, up and down in elevation, through multiple switchbacks, when I return back home, I relax and sketch new ideas. Places near and far.
The natural world provides us with a connection to the primordial spirit. I long to connect with that spirit, translate a part of that spirit through my art, and pass the inspiration on to others.
I love connecting with new people and organizations, and I am always looking for new collaborations where the values between us are shared.
